Situated close to the shore at Caolas (Milton) with spectacular sea views this lovely cottage offers a glorious relaxed atmosphere for you to get away from the bustle of mainland life.

Ground Floor
Kitchen – is modern, spacious and open plan.
Living Room – open plan and adjoining the kitchen, with lovely wood-burning stove as a focal point in the room.
The cottage is cozy and warm with the underfloor heating but nothing beats a natural flame for that extra relaxed feel.
Double patio doors give a fantastic view from seating to the sea.
Feature spiral staircase leads up to the snug, a fantastic hideaway to unwind in. Simply stunning!
Shower room and toilet with walk in shower and rain head.
Beautifully finished with modern fittings. Shower, toilet, sink and cupboards sink.
Double Bedroom 1-Lovely cozy bedroom on the ground floor with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.
Hallway –spacious entrance way with plenty of space to hang coats and leave shoes, leading to stairway to the first floor bedrooms.
First Floor
Double Bedroom 2 – double bed, bed side tables with lamps, chest of drawers, mirror, seat, table and heater. Large Velux windows allow spectacular views cross the harbour and to the sea beyond. Great for watching the local creel boats returning from their day at sea.
Twin Bedroom – has 2 single beds, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet with reading lamp.
Upstairs Shower room and toilet with walk in shower.Beautifully finished with modern fittings.
